		<description>AMEN! I Loved this post! There have been many General Conference talks regarding this issue. The church should be FOR the members, and not the members FOR the church organization. I remember when we went to the consolidated 3 meeting block. It was a stunning new change to Mormon life (prior to that, Tuesday night was Relief Society, Wednesday afternoon was Primary, Wednesday night was for the Youth, Thursday night was Priesthood...etc. The entire week was made up of meeting after meeting after meeting) And even after the consolidation, the leaders have to be watchdogs like &quot;Lou&quot;. The more we can keep focused on what really matters - the things of the spirit and serving others - the more the church organization will fulfill it&#039;s divine purpose.</description>
